Criteria: 
•    At least 3 years work experience in a leadership role in the construction industry required.
•    Highly proactive attitude, strong problem solving and a team player
•    Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
•    Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
•    Should be able to read & understand blueprints 
•    Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
•    Computer literate
•    Valid driver's license

Duties:
•    Oversee and monitor activities at worksites.
•    Provide administrative & onsite support to Chief of Operations.
•    Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors and site staff.
•    Prepare work schedule, staff allocation and ensure site works are done as per schedule.
•    Ensuring delivery of quality work to strict deadlines.
•    Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
•    Assist to secure all required permits for the projects. 
•    Coordinate meeting between logistics and deliverables.
•    Being an effective leader to boost staff morale, ensuring that there is good teamwork and coordination at the work sites.  

Salary:  Negotiable and will be decided based on knowledge & experience
