QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of events or meetings.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
