Job Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls from customers for various reasons- taking orders, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information.
-Needs to provide the highest standards of service to customers.
-Orders Processing and Invoicing, Credit statement sharing with the customers.
-Close monitoring of Day-to-Day sales & Operations with close coordination of the Route Salesmen, Stores, and Other Cross Functions.
-Collection settlement for the Cash sales every day and monitoring Credit sales and payment clearance as per the credit terms.
-Corporate customer management
-Sales lead generation – Sharing Business proposals, opening new Corporate Accounts, and Extending the Business from the existing customers.
-Should possess Team Leader Qualities and should inspire and motivate the team working under to deliver more every day and achieve their targets.
-Should be flexible, self-motivated, hard-working, disciplined, and with a high level of positive energy.
-Travel as per business requirements across the country
