Job Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls from customers for various reasons- taking orders, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information.
•
- Needs to provide the highest standards of service to customers.
- Orders Processing and Invoicing, Credit statement sharing with the customers.
- Close monitoring of Day-to-Day sales & Operations with close coordination of the Route Salesmen, Stores, and Other Cross Functions.
- Collection settlement for the Cash sales every day and monitoring Credit sales and payment clearance as per the credit terms.
- Corporate customer management
- Sales lead generation – Sharing Business proposals, opening new Corporate Accounts, and Extending the Business from the existing customers.
- Should possess Team Leader Qualities and should inspire and motivate the team working under to deliver more every day and achieve their targets.
- Should be flexible, self-motivated, hard-working, disciplined, and with a high level of positive energy.
- Travel as per business requirements across the country
- Own Bike is mandatory.
