QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Ensure security and privacy of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and industry trends.
- Train and support end users in the use of IT systems and applications.
- Responsible in updating the company's social media accounts
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
