QUALIFICATIONS
- Must know how to use Auto-Cad or equivalent
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales or related field
- 1 -2 years minimum experience in sales position
- Excellent communication
- Can work as a team or individually
- Adaptability and Proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Must know how to speak English
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make Auto- CAD works for Aluminium and Glass
- Executing orders via email or phone.
- Checking the invoices for data accuracy.
- Keeping a track of customer information and sales records.
- Generating client leads as well as making efforts towards increasing the number of customers.
- Organizing, collecting and filing sales orders using knowledge of electronic filing systems.
- Inspecting the orders and statements for data correctness.
- Communicating with the customers to get the desired information and answer their queries.
- Collaborating with the Logistics department to ensure well-timed deliveries.
- Generating supply and upgrade sales reports on a monthly basis.
- Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Collect Purchase Order from the customers before confirming the order list or preparing the invoice.
- Resolve customer issues as required
- Maintain cleanliness / hygiene at all levels of store operations
- Participate in a total stock count at end of every year and monitor compliance with stock transfer procedures, with a view to ensure availability of optimum stocks of the latest items at all times
- Make quote / invoice / credit invoice on request of customers / heads
- Collecting spares according to engineers lists / update order list
- Collecting spares according to purchase orders, update order list for unavailable items, deliver or inform to customers after collecting all.
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
