Job Purpose:
- Install, configure, and maintain CORE network services, equipment and devices.
- Ensure remote trouble-shooting and escalation of faults and customer complaints, track
and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor operations and maintenance activities of data network, ensure standard
procedures are followed on all relevant activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Telecom or other relevant field.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
