RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet.
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
- Address customer queries courteously.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in related field or A ‘Level 2 Passes.
- Minimum 2-years of experience will be an additional advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
